Terms & Conditions for Discovery Call Registration  

Purpose of Discovery Call  
The discovery call serves as an introductory discussion to explore potential collaboration opportunities, clarify travel planning objectives, and assess mutual fit. It does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee service provision.  

User Obligations  
By submitting this form, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information about your travel preferences, requirements, and contact details. You authorize us to use this data solely for preparing and conducting the discovery call.  

Scheduling & Attendance  
Calls will be scheduled based on mutual availability. You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed calls without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your scheduled slot.

Confidentiality  
All information exchanged during the discovery call, including itinerary ideas and pricing, remains confidential. We will not share your details with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.  

Intellectual Property  
Travel concepts, templates, or materials shared during the call remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized replication or distribution is prohibited.  

Liability Limitations  
While we strive to provide actionable insights, the discovery call does not replace formal travel bookings. We are not liable for indirect costs or decisions made based on preliminary discussions. 

Governing Law  
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
